Our Plans

Our Future Plan is to focus on the areas of our strength. They are – Fruits and Vegetables Productions (Farm), Transport and Logistics as well as Access to Markets.

Fruits and Vegetable Production

Our primary production of fruits and vegetable are done by to our women farmers. These women are supported with inputs such as seedlings, Fertilizes and technical support (Trainings).

Most farmers focus on the primary production. This is main reason we have a very huge post-harvest losses (45%) in our fresh fruit production. KCCL Off-take from these women farmers at an agreed rate prior to production

Transport & Logistics

This plays a critical role in fresh food sector. This is our core area (Strength) as most farmers/aggregators do not have technical expertise to handle this sector. This is a niche market with very few players, we are leveraging on our technical expertise in the industry.

Access to Markets

KCCL presently have access to 10 major markets in Lagos. 5 retail outlets e.g Shoprite, Spar, Hub Marts, Karma, Domino and Leventis Foods. Schools, Hotels, Restaurants and Individual clients
