Can KCCL confirm my route online?

Share the origin and destination through the website. Our Operations team will check the route and capacity before confirming availability.

What temperature information should I provide?

Select ambient, chilled, frozen, a controlled minimum and maximum range, or “not sure”. KCCL will use this information to send your request to the right team.

What happens after submission?

Your request is stored with a unique reference and sent for review. KCCL will only publish a response time after an approved service-level agreement is in place.
